If you bought a knitting pattern as a registered user you will be able to download it by logging in to your account and see all your orders. An order confirmation email with the download link will be sent too.

  • Sometimes happens that Order confirmation emails with knitting pattern download links don't appear in Inbox. In most cases, you can find it by searching in Spam/Junk folder. If you still can't find it there - contact us.
