Knitting pattern for Ruke Solid cardigan (Early bird)

The Ruke Solid cardigan is a light mohair cardigan that belongs to the capsule wardrobe. It is worked from the top down: the yoke and body are knitted flat, followed by the sleeves in the round. The cardigan’s front band is knitted in double knit stitch, which makes this piece more wearable, and thanks to the double stitch, the front band always looks neat, even after frequent wear. Since the body part is worked straight, the cardigan can be easily adjusted to the desired length – longer or shorter. The sleeves, worked in the round, have a light, tapered shape, which adds even more elegance to this cardigan.

This is a garment that is timeless and versatile for different environments – you can wear it outdoors, at home, or at work (in the city). That is why this design belongs to the “must-have” section.

Yarn:
Mohair from South Africa (74% Kid mohair, 26% Mulberry silk; 50 g (1.75 oz) = 150 m (164 yds)).

Needles:
4 mm (US6, UK8) 40-60-80 cm (16-24-31 in) circular needles, 4 mm (US6, UK8) 20 cm (7.75 in) 2 pcs. double point needles.
